Tips And Tricks
- Hydrate your body two days prior to trek, it means you must triple your water intake to avoid dehydration
- Choose a shoe size half a number bigger than your normal number. It is really uncomfortable if one chooses a show size which is one number smaller than actual. You can get blisters or sore fingers at the end of the trek to avoid wearing double socks.
- In case you carry your camera or phones make sure you carry enough plastic waterproof bags.
- Once you start trekking along with the entire group try to walk on a normal rhythm. Do not walk too fast or slow.
- It is advisable to carry a Windcheater, but it’s not advisable to wear it while trekking. During trekking the body produces solid heat and to regulate it, the heated muscles of the body sweats. In a humid atmosphere it is hot and the perspiring situation wears windcheaters. It will lead to suffocated feelings , so it is advisable to put a windcheater in your bag and wear it only when you take a long break.
